Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 20, 2015, Peabody Energy Corporation (“Peabody”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein, announcing the sale of its it New Mexico and Colorado coal assets to Bowie Resources Partners, LLC.
