On November 23, 2015, Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of up to $200 million of its outstanding common stock from time to time on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions.
The press release announcing the share repurchase program is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
