On November 19, 2015, the Board of Directors of Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. approved a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share, payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2015.  A press release announcing the cash dividend payment was issued on November 20, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
