Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 20, 2015, InspireMD, Inc. issued a press release announcing that positive twelve month follow-up data from its CGuardTM CARENET (CARotid Embolic protection Study using microNET) trial were presented at the 42nd Annual Symposium on Vascular and Endovascular Issues (VEITH) in New York on November 20, 2015.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
