Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 19, 2015, The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2015 and discussing its earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending January 30, 2016. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
