Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 17, 2015, the Company entered into amended and restated employment agreements with Dennis J. Gilmore, Kenneth D. DeGiorgio, Christopher M. Leavell and Mark E. Seaton. The term of each of the revised agreements was extended by one year and now expires on December 31, 2018. All other terms of the agreements remain the same, as described in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company on May 16, 2014.
