On November 17, 2015, Snap Interactive, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a slide presentation on its website concerning its earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (the “Presentation”). A copy of the Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
