On November 12, 2015 at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), Harvard Apparatus Regenerative Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call to discuss financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 as well as research results pertaining to recently conducted animal research on the Company’s 2nd Generation bioengineered implant platform. A transcript of such conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
