(b) On November 16, 2015, United Community Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that G. Michael Seitz, a director of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, United Community Bank, passed away on November 10, 2015.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Seitz’s passing is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
