Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws
On October 9, 2015, our board of directors and a majority of our stockholders approved an increase of our authorized capital from 450,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 to 4,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001.
A Certificate of Amendment to effect the change of name and increase to our authorized capital was filed with the Nevada Secretary of State on November 5, 2015, with an effective date of November 5, 2015.
The increase in authorized capital is effective immediately.
