Chemical Financial Corporation (the "Corporation") completed the consolidation of its subsidiary banks, The Bank of Holland and The Bank of Northern Michigan with and into Chemical Bank, as of the close of business on November 13, 2015. As a result, the Corporation now operates through a single subsidiary bank, Chemical Bank.
