Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Steve Brandwein, Vice President of Finance and Administration, was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective October 16, 2015. On November 13, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors approved an increase to Mr. Brandwein’s annual base salary to $280,000, retroactive to October 16, 2015, the date on which Mr. Brandwein assumed the Interim Chief Financial Officer role, and limited to the period of time during which he continues serve in that role.
