Don Nunemaker, the President of Willis Lease Finance Corporation, announced his decision to retire as President of the Company, effective March 31, 2016 or shortly thereafter.

On November 12, 2015, Willis Lease Finance Corporation  issued a press release regarding Mr. Nunemaker’s announced retirement and its search for a successor.  A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
