Item 7.01. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 13, 2015, MAM Software Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held an earnings call with senior management announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2015 (the “Earnings Call”). A transcript of the Earnings Call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
