On November 12, 2015, Fidelity & Guaranty Life (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065 per share. The dividend is payable on December 14, 2015 to the Company’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
