On November 13, 2015, FS Investment Corporation II issued a press release providing an overview of its operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 and announcing the details of its third quarter stockholder conference call, which will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
