On November 3, 2015, Michael R. Guzzetta was terminated as Treasurer of Trans Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), a position he held since July 1, 2014. Mr. Guzzetta served as principal financial officer of the Company.
The Company is presently evaluating its options with respect to the hiring of a Chief Financial Officer.
