On November 11, 2015, the Board of Directors of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“Hewlett Packard Enterprise”) authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s common stock. The Board of Directors further authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2016, payable on January 6, 2016 to holders of record of its outstanding common stock on December 9, 2015, in the amount of $0.055 per share.
