Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On November 12, 2015, Crown Crafts, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2016, which ended September 27, 2015. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
