(b) On November 10, 2015, Scott A. Satterlee, President of North American Surface Transportation for C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that he is retiring, effective December 31, 2015.
Robert Biesterfeld, a current Vice President of the Company’s Truckload service line, has been appointed President of North American Surface Transportation, effective January 1, 2016.
