Lynch, Vice Chairman and Global General Counsel of Bank of America Corporation (the “Corporation”), and a named executive officer in the Corporation's 2015 proxy statement, will no longer serve as the Corporation’s Global General Counsel upon the appointment of David G. Leitch as the Corporation’s Global General Counsel to be effective January 1, 2016. Mr. Lynch will continue to serve as Vice Chairman. |

On November 12, 2015, the Corporation issued a press release announcing the hiring of Mr. Leitch as the Corporation’s Global General Counsel. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
