Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 10, 2015, Electronic Arts Inc. announced that EA SPORTS UFC 2 will be released in Spring 2016. There are no updates to the financial guidance provided on October 29, 2015 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016 based upon this announcement.
