(d) Appointment of Katrina Helmkamp as Director
On November 5, 2015 the Board of Directors of IDEX Corporation (the "Company") appointed a new director, Katrina Helmkamp. Ms. Helmkamp will receive a compensation package commensurate with other non-employee directors. She will receive an initial equity grant of $32,100 effective with her appointment, an annual equity grant of $110,000 and an annual retainer of $75,000.
A copy of the press release announcing the appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
