On November 2, 2015, Brian R. Morrow resigned as President and Chief Merchandising Officer of the Company. A copy of the Company’s Press Release, issued November 5, 2015 (the “Press Release”), announcing the resignation of Mr. Morrow is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1.
