Item 8.01. Other Events
On November 5, 2015, the Board of Directors of Medley Capital Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The dividend is payable on December 18, 2015, to stockholders of record as of November 25, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
