On November 3, 2015, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. issued a press release announcing that it has entered into an agreement with Meyer Werft in Germany to order a fifth Quantum-class ship for delivery in 2020. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
