ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On November 3, 2015, Key Energy Services, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) announced its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
