On November 4, 2015, Central Garden & Pet Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its intent to offer $400 million of senior notes due 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
