On October 14, 2015, Tang Xu resigned as Chief Executive Officer, Principal Executive Officer, President and Secretary and as a member of the Board of Directors. Tang Xu’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
On October 14, 2015, Ali Hussein El-dirani Khirdahi was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Principal Executive Officer, President and Secretary and as a member of the Board of Directors.
