Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 2, 2015, Puradyn Filter Technologies Incorporated (the “Company”) was notified of the death of Dr. Charles W. Walton. Dr. Walton had been a member of the Company's board of directors since August 2005 and served as a member of the Audit Committee.

On November 3, 2015, the Company issued a press release, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, announcing the death of Dr. Walton. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
