Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

The Board of Directors of PCS Edventures!.com, Inc. (the “Company”) has accepted the resignation of Britt E. Ide as a member of the board of directors of the Company. Ms. Ide’s resignation is effective as of November 1, 2015.

There were no disagreements between the Company and Ms. Ide regarding her resignation.

Britt E. Ide has no family relationships with anyone at PCS.
