Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 3, 2015, Metaldyne Performance Group Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 27, 2015. The Company’s press release is presented at Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On November 3, 2015, the Company also reiterated its guidance for the year ending December 31, 2015. The Company’s press release containing the guidance is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On October 28, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock, payable on December 3, 2015 to stockholders of record on November 20, 2015.
