Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 21, 2015, Entergy Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”) to report that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) elected Mr. Philip L. Frederickson to the Company’s Board. The Company hereby amends the Original Form 8-K to report that on October 30, 2015, the Board appointed Mr. Frederickson to the Audit Committee and Finance Committee.
Except for the disclosure above, this amendment does not modify or update any other disclosures contained in the Original Form 8-K. This amendment supplements and does not supersede the Original 8-K and, accordingly, should be read in conjunction with the Original Form 8-K.
