On October 27, 2015, Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the publication of an integrated safety analysis that supports the safety of the Company's Caldolor® (ibuprofen) Injection product. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
