Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 29, 2015, Victory Energy Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the three months ended September 30, 2015. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
