Item 8.01Other Events.
On October 28, 2015, M/I Homes, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the residential homebuilding operations of Hans Hagen Homes, Inc., a privately held homebuilder.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
