On October 28, 2015, La Quinta Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 on a pro forma basis after giving effect to the Company’s initial public offering and the related transactions described therein, as well as the Company’s results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 on an historical basis.
