Item 2.02 Results of Operations
For the nine month period ended September 30, 2015, American Express Credit Corporation (the “Company”) will report (a) net income of $156 million compared to $264 million for the nine month period ended September 30, 2014, (b) provisions for losses of $120 million compared to $151 million for the nine month period ended September 30, 2014 and (c) a ratio of earnings to fixed charges of 1.63 compared to 1.63 for the nine month period ended September 30, 2014.
