On October 26, 2015, Linn Energy, LLC issued a press release which includes certain of its preliminary third quarter 2015 results, interim estimated proved reserves and other financial information. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
