Item 4.02 – Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements
On September 21, 2015, the Company filed an amendment to their Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014. Note 6 to the consolidated financial statements contained a valuation for the Company’s intangible assets that was based on the stock price at the time of purchase. On October 26, 2015, the Company determined that this valuation was calculated incorrectly and as a result, the financial statements presented in the Form 10-K amendment for the year ended December 31, 2014 should not be relied upon. The Company has discussed this matter with Michael F. Albanese, CPA, its independent registered public accounting firm, and is moving forward with correcting these financial statements so that they accurately disclose our financial position.
