Columbus McKinnon Declares Quarterly Dividend
of $0.04 per Share

AMHERST, N.Y., October 26, 2015 - Columbus McKinnon Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCO), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, today announced that on October 25, 2015 its Board of Directors approved payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend will be payable on or about November 23, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2015. Columbus McKinnon has approximately 20.0 million common shares outstanding.
