On October 20, 2015, Todd Driver, Chief Operating Officer of the Registrant’s operating subsidiary Lippert Components, Inc. (“LCI”), resigned his position, effective as of January 18, 2016, to pursue other opportunities. A 17-year veteran of the RV industry, Mr. Driver held several managerial positions during his tenure with LCI. His duties and responsibilities will be absorbed by LCI’s existing operations management team for the foreseeable future.
