Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 23, 2015, TC PipeLines, LP (the “Partnership”) announced it will release its third quarter 2015 financial results on Friday, November 6, 2015, and will hold a teleconference and live webcast on Friday, November 6 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). The call will also be carried live on the Partnership’s website. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
