On October 22, 2015, Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its average daily production for the third quarter September 30, 2015, exceeded 4,800 Boe/d, the highest average daily net production in the Partnership’s history. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. | |

Additionally, in the October 22, 2015 press release, the Partnership announced that it will release third quarter ended September 30, 2015 results after the market closes on Monday, November 2, 2015, and will hold a conference call and live webcast at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time), Tuesday, November 3, 2015. A copy of the press release set forth in Item 2.02 is incorporated in its entirety by reference herein. | |
