On October 23, 2015, Terrence W. Cavanaugh announced that he will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer of Erie Indemnity Company (the “Company”) at the end of 2016.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 23, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Cavanaugh’s planned retirement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
