Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 21, 2015, the Board of Directors Yadkin Financial Corporation ("the Company") declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.10 per share of its outstanding unrestricted common stock. The dividend is payable on or after November 19, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 5, 2015. A press release announcing the details of the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
