Item 2.02. – Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 22, 2015, Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015. The Company also announced the declaration of an 11 for 10 common stock split and a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.09 per share. The stock split is payable December 4, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2015. The common stock dividend is payable November 30, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
