Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On October 22, 2015, Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (the “Corporation”), the parent of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, issued a Press Release announcing the results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
