On October 16, 2015, Aramark (the “Company”) determined that Stephen Bramlage, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, would temporarily assume the duties of principal accounting officer, in addition to his current duties, due to an extended medical leave by the Company’s Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
