On October 21, 2015, Weatherford International public limited company (“we” or the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.
On October 22, 2015, we will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. eastern time (“ET”), 7:30 a.m. central time (“CT”), regarding the quarterly results for the Company’s third quarter ended September 30, 2015. This scheduled conference call was previously announced on August 14, 2015.
